We loved staying at this hotel! Its location was perfect, with the market and many bars and restaurants only a few blocks away. Additionally, we were able to quickly park our car in the secure lot next door, making transportation very easy. The staff was amazing, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions we had. Lastly, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cleanliness and great facilities, including breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Tepoztlán. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Secondly, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of a balcony to enjoy the beautiful views. Lastly, the location was perfect, being close to many bars, restaurants, and the bustling market. The hotel's attention to detail really made my stay enjoyable.
